Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within [30] days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return Email hello@aeyzwa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
